Mission impossible doesn’t do justice to the ask of M&M. A team of individuals from the UK, Germany, France, the US, Ireland, Ecuador and across Canada had to be turned into a team that could undertake and pass a demanding collaborative behavioural assessment with flying colours. Thanks to their approach, drawing on teaching as well as psychology they delivered a bespoke, tailored programme that tackled cultural and language barriers as well creating a team that instinctively knew and trusted one another. Not only did we pass but we did by a country mile. In no small part this was thanks to M&M.

When I started my journey of Collaborative Behavior Training with M&M Consulting Ltd., it became evident quickly, that this training was going to be transformational to everyone on the team. The training material, resources and methodologies used and even the personality of the trainers allowed us to  create a sense of community among the team, which resulted on an improvement on communication and an increase on the exchange of ideas. This training had an impactful result on the team and became crucial to supporting a culture of collaboration and ensuring that the good behaviors continue and become visible when delivering our Project.  I am extremely grateful I was part of this process with my team and happy to continue sharing the lessons learnt with my colleges and Project Partners.

Delivering the first major Alliance-model project in Canada – the Union Station Enhancement Project – requires a cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing team.  Mahoney & Matthew’s training and coaching were instrumental in channeling our organizational culture to win this project.  They continue to play a fundamental role in our alliance delivering the project as the People Lead.

I had a marvelous experience in being trained by Emily and Sarah for our Collaborative Behavioural Assessment (CBA). They have a true gift for not only bringing out the best in trainees during these sessions, but also in allowing them to form genuine connections whilst doing so. Their compassionate feedback really raised the positive vibrations before the CBA – we really came together as an authentic team.
